I’m Sam and I have developed my training ethos through working with a variety of people over the last 10+ years and always love the challenge of adapting my methods to support new clients.

I firmly believe that getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.

I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits to your mental and physical health is worth a couple of days walking like John Wayne!

I don't want you reading about me for hours, I want you taking action and getting in the best shape of your life, so let's keep this brief and I'll throw some facts your way...

  1. I used to play Basketball for England.

  2. I've tried pretty much every bulking diet known to man, for the benefit of myself and my clients... you're welcome!

  3. I'm 1 of a very select few personal trainers genuinely qualified to coach people online.

  4. I used to be a London based personal trainer but moved to Christchurch, Dorset with my Wife a few years back.

  5. While I maintain a lean physique, I don't heavily restrict my nutrition. I still eat burgers, ice cream, cakes etc. I just do so if it fits my calories for the day and if you train with me I'll show you how!
